Anna's Studios are located in beautiful Vourvourou, well known for it's breathtaking scenery and tranquility, only a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The complex is comprised of two buildings (A & B) that offers a total of 24 studios, all with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air-condition (A/C) and shower/W.C.

Each studio has one double bed & one double bunk-bed and can accommodate a family of up to 4 (two adults and two children).

Changing of linen is done every 4 days.

There are also separate, adjoining balconies front & rear, giving our guests a view of both the sea and the mountain.

In the surrounding 12.000 sq.m garden you'll find a playground for the children, table-tennis, volleyball court, mini basket, mini football, a barbeque, 4 shady pergolas and ample private parking.

Close by visitors can find restaurants, tavernas, cafeterias, super markets, gas-station, etc.
 

In Sithonia, which is in Chalkidiki and specifically in Vourvourou, a place known for its amazing picturesque landscapes and its virgin, natural beauty, in 14000s.m we created twenty-four (24) Studios, where the visitors will find a familiar and friendly environment, where they can be free of our daily’s life routine.
Our beautiful Vourvourou is really attractive to the tourists, not only for its beauty and the beaches, but also for its residents’ hospitality.
Studios Anna are in a quiet location of Vourvourou, only a few metres away from the wonderful beach. (just 100 meters)
The environment is friendly, the services are decent and the comforts guarantee a pleasant sojourn.
Every Studio offers to each family (2 parents and 2 children ) a comfortable stay, as it has a double-bed, a berth, a television, air-conditioning, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, its own balcony with view to the se, which is only 100 meters away from the end of the field, while from the other side of the entrance the visitor can enjoy the view of the pine-forest, which is perfect for daily excursions.
In the big yard, which is covered with grass, the visitor will find a play ground, ping-pong, mini football (soccer), volleyball, basketball courts and also two barbecues surrounded by four kiosks, where the visitor can cook and enjoy the taste of our delicious, local meat and fish.
In a small distance from the studios there are super-markets, traditional restaurants, taverns, pizza restaurants, bars, gas stations and every indispensable shop needed for your holidays.
12 Klm away from the studios you will find the traditional village Agios Nicolas (Saint Nicolas ), where the visitor can find a hospital, while in the central square there are: a post, ATMs ( for withdrawal of money ), the police station and also taverns, pizzerias and snack-bars.
