Saraswati Day will be in this coming week, all schools and offices in Bali are started to make some preparation

Schools and offices will make some preparation for it, what will they do?
Students will start to clean the school area and watering all gardens and make them look nice and start to decorate the school. Same thing will do by the office’s employee to make their lovely office look good. Teachers make some event for all students to be done to celebrate this Saraswati Day, the event normally related to writing reading and speech in our traditional language. This is one of the ways to preserve our culture.
The time when the knowledge bestowed to all the human being is celebrated on the Saraswati Day for all Hindu, especially in Bali. On the Saraswati Day after all the ritual have been done in all schools and offices, Hindu in Bali will go to visit “Guru” the one who teach the Hindu religion or in another Guru is a master in spiritual life.
A priest is also Guru and visited by many people from noon up to late at night depending how many people have been receiving his teaching and mad up their life. A visit is to remember the teaching and refresh it again and also to keep a good relation between both of them in order their life is always protected from any bad impact because of his wisdom.
Saraswati Day is the day to thank to God for all blesses has been blessing directly through our inner feeling even though sometimes we don’t realize it or through another wiser person, which is our Guru and transferred to us through his teaching that for sure will make our life better.
Knowledge is the most important part of our life and the highest blesses from God, therefore Hindu celebrate Saraswati day that is the time we have to really thank to God. The way to realize this grateful feeling is by doing the ritual at every compound and pray on that day and wish a better life will be in our future.
